Bolt Anchor Socket

Bolt Anchor Socket is consisted of threaded socket pressed onto hex-head bolt, they also make very effective fixing inserts and have rd threads, are for lifting slab units. The anchor can be used to lift at compressive strength of 15N/mm2 and above without any further reinforcement, providing the unit has a sufficient mesh or re-bar cage with at proper specifications.

Bolt Anchor Socket is by mean of their low hight and the individual fixing possiblities suitable for transportation of all kinds of precast concrete units.for fastening to a steel formwork ,to prevent dirt and concrete from penetrating into the thread of the socket,plastic stoppers respectively holding discs are used.

Bolt Anchor Socket is suitable for casting into slab-type elements. Bolt Anchor (Screw Anchor) are specially suitable for the transportation of thin prefabricated elements like garages,walls etc. Into the yellow zinc plated or stainless steel manufactured sockets,a metric round thread is cut in.

4. Details

Bolt Anchor Socket is made from steel tube for precision applications to DIN EN 10305 (grade E355+N). Available in high grade zinc plated carbon steel or mild steel with 4-6 µm coating thickness. Stainless Steel according to approval EN10217 Part 7, grades 1.440, 1.4404 and 1.4571. Mild steel bolt anchor, grade 8.8.
