When enquiry, we can supply ready design drawing, specification, weight, material, surface treatment and heat treatment for client to choose, if new products without drawing,we can supply customized service, 3D and 2D drawing to check before order, our sales department can service from 8:00am to 21:00pm. Then can guranteen reply clients message in 1st time.

When order confirmed,  we will arrange in production within 12 days and update Update production schedule for client each week, when finished,we will inform client goods packing qty,weight and column to book in 10 days in advance. Then client can receive the goods on time. ,we will add the test report and mateiral quality report on Each shipment

When client receive goods,  we will trace client’s feedback for quality and packing, to ensure client 100% satisfy with our goods and servise, also can repeat more order to ZHANHUA.
