Forged Rod Ends - A solid rod end, or rod eye, is a threaded rod with a ring for a head. Rod Ends appear similar to Eye Bolts, but possess a thicker, smaller head in proportion to the body. They are designed for applications where a spherical bearing and side-to-side misalignment are not needed. Often used in ladder bar assemblies, torque arms, and other suspension components.

Rod Ends from Albany County Fasteners are Drop Forged, Passivated and Electropolished for a durable corrosion resistant finish. Forged rod ends are available in C1030-C1035 carbon steel, 4140 Alloy steel, and 304 stainless steel.All rod ends in this selection are machined and threaded.
